The Owner bears full responsibility for the provision of barber and hairdressing services, ensuring safe conditions of customer service and compliance with the applicable provisions of the law of the Republic of Poland in the field of provision of services and protection of personal data.
B. INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICES PROVIDED
Mister Cut Barbershop provides the following services:
1. Men's haircut
2. Beard cutting and shaping
3. Shaving with a razor
4. Comprehensive barber services
5. Other services according to the current price list
Services are provided at:
13/u3 Magazynowa Street, 02-652 Warsaw
The current price list is available on the website and on the social media of the barbershop.
C. TERMS OF SERVICE
1. The minimum age of the client is 16 years. Persons under the age of 16 are only served with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. The customer is obliged to inform the employee about possible allergies, skin diseases or other circumstances that may affect the safe performance of the service.
3. Barbershop reserves the right to refuse service to a person under the influence of alcohol, drugs or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
D. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Reservation of services is possible:
- By phone: +48 793 403 500
- Via official social media
- In person at the premises
Confirmation of the reservation is sent by SMS, e-mail or other communication channel of your choice.
Barbershop reserves the right to request prepayment in the following cases:
- Reservation of long-term or comprehensive services
- Repeated absences of the client
- Reservations during hours of increased occupancy
Payment methods:
- Cash
- Payment card
- Bank transfer
- Blik or PayU systems
Payment is made after the performance of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
E. CANCELLATION OF THE VISIT AND ABSENCE
The client has the right to cancel or postpone the visit no later than 24 hours before the agreed date.
In case of absence without prior notice, the barbershop may:
- Refuse subsequent online bookings
- Require prepayment on subsequent visits
In case of early payment and non-appearance of the customer without notice, the fee may not be refundable.
In case of cancellation of the visit due to reasons on the part of the barbershop (e.g. employee illness, force majeure), the client is offered:
- Transfer of the visit to another date
- Full refund of prepayment
Refunds are made within 14 calendar days.
F. CHANGE OF CONDITIONS
Barbershop reserves the right to change:
- Working hours
- The composition of the team
- Scope of services
- Price list
Information about the changes is published on the website or on social media.
G. SAFETY RULES
Customers are obliged to:
- Compliance with the rules of hygiene
- Show respect to staff and other customers
- Punctual arrival
Barbershop is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
In the process of providing services, professional tools are used that comply with sanitary standards.
In case of concealment of information about the state of health, the barbershop is not responsible for possible consequences.
H. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS
Barbershop can take photos and videos of work effects in order to:
- Publications on the website
- Social media posts
- Use in marketing materials
Booking a visit implies consent to the use of the image, unless the client objects before the start of the service.
I. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
Barbershop ensures safe conditions for the provision of services and the use of efficient equipment.
The customer bears material responsibility for:
- Damage to the equipment of the premises
- Destruction of tools
- Harm caused to others
Barbershop is not responsible for:
- Effects of withholding health information
- Individual allergic reactions
- Loss of personal belongings
- Events outside the premises
J. COMPLAINTS
1. Complaints may be submitted: akademiamc1@gmail.com
2. The complaint should be submitted within the deadline 14 days from the day the service is performed.
3. The reply shall be given within the deadline 14 calendar days.
K. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
2. Any disputes arising between the Customer and the Organizer shall be settled by the court competent for the Organizer's registered office (Warsaw).
3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of the Regulations. The new version comes into force as soon as it is published on the website or communicated to customers.
4. Booking a service, making a registration through the website or making a payment means familiarizing yourself with these Terms and Conditions and accepting them in full.
5. This document is valid from 05.03.2026 and remains in force until it is revoked or replaced by a new version.
